Hi, i loved reading your posts, and oh my gosh your son gives me so much hope being 18 with HLHS, my son was born 1st may 09 with HLHS, he has had his first op at 4 days old. were still stuck in hospital due to him dropping his sats a lot and needing oxygen and some days it feels like we wil never go home and i get scared and think things like this is way beyong my years lol (im a young mommy of 20 yrs old lol) i have been searching for hope storys like yours and here it is :-).... i woud love to be in contact, i know every baby with HLHS is different but you dont know how much hope and happinies readying your posts and knowing that there are survivers out there makes me feel so full of hope. if you get a chance email me, i know your super busy making those gorgeous quits. Hi I am a heart mommy myself I was reading your entries I like what you said about the flu shots and the overload of information and worry on young parents these days anyhow I justw anted to say hello and to comment on your quilts they are beautiful do you make any of these for the heart familys. and if you do how could I get one made for my daughter Casey Lynn whos is now 2 yrs old? She was born with Epsteins Anomaly, asd & vsd. could you email me back and let me know if you are selling these quilts and how much they cost if i have you make one for casey lynn she loves elmo and barney & friends can you make a quilt with one of these characters?
